Anthocyanin is an antioxidant of the flavonoid family found in red, purple and blue fruits and vegetables known to fight free radicals, reduce inflammation, help reduce oxidative stress and disease risk. 

They belong to the flavonoid family — the same family as the antioxidants found in wine, tea, and dark chocolate.

1/2 cup           Cherries (frozen or fresh) 
1/2 cup           Blueberries or mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
1 cup               Milk (almond, cashew, or oat)
1/2 cup           Cold water
1-2 scoops      Protein powder (Chocolate or Vanilla)
